BioI've been places you people wouldn't believe...
But since those bad times I've generally stayed home in Scotland, safer to start with. I've spent many years working as a restaurant manager in a top country house hotel, dabbled as a visitor advisor for the Scottish Tourist Board/VisitScotland and now work for the Scottish Ambulance Service trying hard not to kill people.
